You can easily apply the same design to another product by clicking Apply Design to Another Product from the print page. Then enter the Avery product you want to customize to start your next project. Printing your Project in Design and Print Online
On the Choose Design tab, you will find the blank and pre-designed templates available for your chosen Avery label product. You can narrow your choice by selecting a design category from the list on the left. Read our step by step guide below to find out how to get started with this creative online software. Once you’ve opened the template for the label you’re using in Avery Design and Print, choose a GHS design in the “Choose Design” tab. When you select any GHS label template design, the GHS Wizard® tool will automatically pop up. Quickly save your Avery projects online for easy editing, reordering & sharing from any place at any time.
Find your Avery product
Select the design template you want to personalize and use for your labels. Open Avery Design & Print and enter your product number if you have a packaged product or choose the product type you’d like to start designing. You can manually enter label information using your Safety Data Sheet (SDS), or enter the CAS number for the chemical. If the chemical is in our database, GHS Wizard will autofill the chemical name, signal word, hazard codes, pictograms and precautionary statements into the GHS label template for you.
Find Templates by Product Category
Personalize one of our professional templates with our large clipart & font library, or upload your own artwork. After the autofill information appears, you can then review GHS label to make sure it matches your SDS and make any necessary changes before printing. To get the most out of your Avery products we recommend using our Design & Print Software. It’s a free and easy way to design, edit and print Avery labels, cards and more. This is where you can choose to add text, images or other objects to your design.When you select a tool an additional set of options will appear. There will be different options, depending if you select Text, Image or Shape.
Easy data import
Enter the Software Code of your Avery product and click Start to see our templates. When you have finished formatting your design, click the green Preview & Print button at the bottom of the Customise screen. By checking this box, you’re agreeing to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

First find the GHS label template for the label product you’re using. You can browse all GHS label templates, or search Avery templates using the product SKU (found at the top of the label sheet). The fastest way to select a product is to enter your product's software code in the Quick Search box. You can also search by product description, click on the column headings to sort by size, product description, colour or layout.
